Smoked Sockeye Salmon

We use the finest quality wild Sockeye salmon from Alaska. We hand cure with pure sea salt then traditionally smoke, with real fire, in small batches. We smoke using aged oak whiskey barrels, the salmon is then fully trimmed by hand. It is sliced paper thin and vacuum packed fresh. It has a rich buttery texture and medium sweet smoke flavor. This smoked salmon melts in your mouth.
